Contractor Marketplace Terms
Effective date: September 19, 2026 · Daigneault Group LLC · Cohoes, New York
Access and responsibility
These terms govern contractor use of GuildWise by Daigneault Group LLC. You must provide accurate business information, maintain all licensing and insurance required for your work, protect your account and operate within your approved service area. Approval permits platform access and is not an endorsement or guarantee. Your organization is responsible for authorized members’ activity.
Credits and shared opportunities
The displayed credit price purchases access to a project opportunity, not a guaranteed job, exclusive lead or customer response. Opportunities may be available to multiple contractors up to the displayed cap. Credits are platform purchasing units, not a deposit account or an investment. Paid packages show their dollar price before checkout. Promotional credits have no cash redemption value. Balances are updated only after confirmed payment or an authorized grant.
Contact and data use
Use homeowner information only to respond to the specific project request and manage a resulting engagement. Do not resell it, upload it to advertising audiences or unrelated marketing lists, or contact people after they ask you to stop. Respect applicable calling, email, privacy and do-not-call rules. Platform access does not authorize prerecorded or automated marketing calls or text messages. Limit employee access and notify support promptly of unauthorized disclosure.
Homeowner-withdrawn projects
When a homeowner confirms removal through GuildWise, the job stops being available for future purchases or distribution. Existing purchasers are notified and the job is marked as withdrawn in My Leads. Stop further outreach about that project when notified of withdrawal or when the homeowner asks you to stop. Access retained for historical recordkeeping does not authorize continued solicitation, resale, unrelated marketing, or automated marketing calls or texts.
Withdrawal cannot recall information already disclosed and does not erase consent evidence, purchases, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute records. A homeowner withdrawing later does not automatically issue a credit refund; the existing refund eligibility and review process below still apply.
Work and marketplace feedback
You contract directly with homeowners and are responsible for your quotes, workmanship, safety, permits, staff, insurance, taxes, warranties and payments for construction. Provide accurate quote and outcome information. GuildWise’s indicative estimate is not your bid. Do not misrepresent your relationship to GuildWise.
Credit refund requests and billing questions
If a purchased lead has invalid contact details, is a duplicate or fraudulent opportunity, was incorrectly listed for your service area, or is affected by a platform error, submit a credit refund request with the lead link and a brief explanation. An authorized member may submit one request per purchase for the organization. Include accurate supporting facts and avoid unnecessary sensitive information. If you cannot use the form, contact support@guildwise.io.
Submission does not automatically approve a refund. GuildWise reviews each request, records an approval or decline with a written response, and emails the requesting account holder. Your organization can also view the decision and response in Credit refunds. If you disagree or have additional information, contact support with the request reference.
An approved request restores the number of credits actually paid for that lead, once, to the purchasing organization’s balance. It is not a cash or payment-card refund. Refunds end the organization’s platform access to the refunded lead’s private details and photos; purchase and accounting records remain for audit purposes. Information already received remains subject to the contact and data-use restrictions above.
Purchasing a lead does not guarantee a job, an exclusive opportunity, a homeowner response, or a particular project outcome. We do not promise refunds merely because a homeowner chooses another contractor. Payment-card and credit-package billing questions are handled separately through support@guildwise.io; any approved payment refund is reconciled against the credit account. Nothing in this policy limits refund rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
Account restrictions and records
We may suspend access for misuse, nonpayment, security concerns or materially inaccurate information. Removing a lead from sale does not erase purchase or accounting records. Contact support to resolve a dispute. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived. New York law applies to the extent permitted by applicable law.
