Daigneault Group LLC operates GuildWise, its contractor marketplace, and 518 Bathrooms. This policy covers these services and GuildWise lead-generation sites that link to this policy.

Information we collect and why

When you request an estimate, we collect your contact details, project location, project descriptions, optional photographs and consent record. We use these to prepare and deliver an indicative estimate, match your project with participating contractors, respond to support requests, prevent misuse and maintain transaction records. Avoid uploading images of people, identity documents, financial information or unrelated private details.

For contractors we collect account, business, service-area and qualification information, marketplace activity, quotes, credit records, and refund requests and responses. Stripe processes payment details; GuildWise does not receive your full payment-card number.

Sharing your project

If you submit a homeowner request with the sharing authorization, up to 10 participating contractors may receive your project and contact information to respond by phone or email. Contractors pay GuildWise for access to eligible opportunities. Before access, listings show limited project information; full photos and contact details require access authorization. Contractors are independent businesses with their own privacy responsibilities. You may withdraw your project through Remove My Job or contact support. Information already shared cannot be recalled.

Remove My Job / withdraw your project

Use the Job ID shown with your estimate at Remove My Job. We send a verification link to the email address already associated with that job; entering a Job ID alone does not remove it. After email verification and your explicit confirmation, the project stops being available in the marketplace and GuildWise stops further lead distribution. We notify organizations that previously purchased access that the project has been withdrawn and instruct them to stop further outreach.

Withdrawal does not retroactively undo disclosures or let us recall information contractors already received. It is not complete data deletion. Limited records may remain for consent evidence, transaction history, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Existing purchasers may retain appropriate historical records subject to the project-specific use and stop-contact restrictions. Contact support for other privacy requests or unwanted contact.

Service providers

We use providers including Vercel for hosting, Supabase for account and database services, OpenAI for estimate processing and anonymized project summaries, Resend for email, Stripe for payments, and Airtable for contractor relationship management. Project narrative and selected photos may be processed by an AI provider; do not include sensitive information unrelated to the project. We restrict access according to the service being performed.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

Necessary storage supports login, security and your privacy choice. Optional analytics uses PostHog to understand site use and improve the intake and marketplace. When you permit optional tracking, we may store campaign parameters, click identifiers, page/session identifiers and interactions, and associate those with a submitted lead or contractor account. Session replay is configured to mask text and inputs and block images.

Google Ads and Meta measurement may be enabled on participating sites after configuration. When you allow advertising measurement, these providers may receive campaign identifiers and conversion events when a request succeeds. Google Analytics, if enabled, measures website use. Optional providers are not loaded before the corresponding choice. You can change your choice using Privacy choices. Rejecting optional tracking does not prevent requesting an estimate or using your account. Global Privacy Control disables advertising measurement.

Retention, security and requests

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to fulfill your request, operate your account, maintain transaction and consent evidence, prevent abuse and meet applicable legal obligations. We limit access and use private storage, but cannot guarantee absolute security. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion or cessation of sharing. We may verify your identity and retain records needed for legal, security or accounting purposes. An administrator removing a marketplace listing does not automatically erase all associated records.

The service is intended for adults in the United States. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. Processing may take place in the United States or where our providers operate. We will post updates here and provide additional notice where required.
